Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH is seeking a rental shop Associate for the winter season. You will greet guests, manage rental equipment, and support staff training while ensuring high service standards in a busy mountain environment.

The position offers on-site housing options and access to resort discounts. Ideal candidates have at least three years in rental shop roles and are ready to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of rental shop experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests using surnames when obtained.
• Provide staff customer service training to staff through daily line-ups and monthly OSI trainings.
• Maintain ski rental equipment inventory and quality control.
• Knowledge of all work station duties and functions.
• Scheduling and facilitating training for shop staff.
• Help resolve issues provide training prevent them from reoccurring.
• Document all staff related issues and provide information to Director of Skier Services.
• Provide exceptional service to guests.
• Assist with purchasing and receiving rental equipment.
• Processing online rental orders, preparing and organize next day pick up.
