Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Retail Service Specialist to deliver Legendary Service in our branch network, cross‑selling AAA products and providing notary and travel support. You will greet customers, process DMV tasks, and assist with travel planning and reservations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, sales goals, and accurate cash handling, with incentives based on performance. BAC standards and member experience are central to the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Notary Public must be obtained within 1 year where notary services are offered.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine needs and deliver Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV license, registration and notary services as needed.
• Reach sales and service goals for AAA products and services and earn incentives.
• Prepare TripTik travel routes, maps, tour books and travel materials.
• Issue passport photos and handle payments with accurate change and receipts.
