Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, updating member records, processing applications, and assisting with payments. This in-person position offers stability and potential bonus commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, office, retail or hospitality welcome).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with general office equipment (multi-line phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.).
• Ability to work onsite in West Plains, MO and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves member questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.
• Processes new membership applications and reinstatements.
• Updates and maintains accurate member information in internal databases.
• Delivers friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service.
• Contributes to a collaborative team environment to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals.
• Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.
• Processes member payments and completes daily balancing tasks as required.
