Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a friendly Membership Services Representative to support our West Plains members by activating new memberships, reinstating inactive members, and delivering excellent customer service from our West Plains, MO office.

This onsite role offers a stable in‑office schedule, hourly pay of $17.00, and potential bonus commissions. You will work closely with a team to meet service goals and ensure accurate member records and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, office, retail, or hospitality experience welcomed).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with general office equipment (multi-line phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.)
• Ability to work onsite in West Plains, MO and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves member questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction
• Processes new membership applications and reinstatements
• Updates and maintains accurate member information in internal databases
• Consistently delivers friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service
• Contributes to a collaborative team environment to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals
• Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
• Processes member payments and completes daily balancing tasks as required

The Membership Services Representative plays a vital role in supporting our members by activating new memberships, reinstating inactive members, and delivering exceptional customer service from our West Plains office. AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) — the largest medical transportation company in the world.
