Job summary

The YMCA of Central NM is seeking a Lead Membership Service Representative / Manager on Duty (MOD) to supervise MSR staff and oversee safety, security, and operations during shifts. You will model the YMCA's values and deliver professional customer service, build member relationships, and drive positive experiences for members, participants, and guests.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, handling emergencies, and ensuring policy adherence across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of staff supervision experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSR staff supervision, scheduling, and on-call emergency coverage.
• Greet members, answer questions, conduct tours, and resolve concerns.
• Enforce safety and building policies; address safety concerns and incidents.
• Process and reconcile monetary transactions; maintain records.
• Support the YMCA mission and participate in mandatory trainings.
