Job summary

YMCA of Central New Mexico seeks a Lead Membership Service Representative / Manager on Duty to supervise MSR staff and safeguard the facility across shifts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSR staff, schedule coverage, and be on call for emergencies.
• Greet members and guests; provide program and membership information.
• Enforce safety and building policies; respond to incidents.
• Process transactions; reconcile cash and memberships.
• Attend mandatory trainings and uphold YMCA values.
