Sky Health Care Management is seeking a friendly Membership Services Associate to support members through their membership experience. You will answer questions, assist with enrollment and renewals, update records, and help resolve routine concerns.

The role may be onsite or remote, depending on business needs and candidate eligibility. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person; assist with applications and payments; explain benefits and policies; and maintain accurate
