Job summary

Primetime Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent to welcome members, check in guests, and create a positive, inclusive environment at our Michigan location.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours for prospects, enroll new members, and stay knowledgeable about memberships and equipment. This part-time, in-person role offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing fitness company. Shifts include mornings or evenings.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in service industry preferred.
• Able to generate appointments through referrals and events.
• Strong knowledge of gym memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, demos, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours and enroll members.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment.
• Continuously sell membership services during the sales presentation.
• Maintain records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads).
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
