Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking a front desk agent to help power growth and deliver game-changing service. The role offers a part-time schedule with in-person work and opportunities to advance within a fast-growing fitness brand.

You will create a welcoming environment, generate appointments, conduct gym tours, inform members about services and equipment, and enroll new members. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to generate appointments and enroll members.
• Willingness to engage with members and perform gym tours.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, presentations, demonstrations, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects; conduct gym tours and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of the sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
