Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking a friendly front desk agent to support members, process check-ins, and promote memberships. This part-time, in-person position offers opportunities to grow within a fast-paced fitness company and contribute to a positive gym experience.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours for prospects, enroll members, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or member services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and contribute to memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at the front desk in a friendly, inclusive environment.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and calls.
• Conduct gym tours for prospects and enroll them in memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to answer questions.
• Continuously promote membership services during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Ensure daily facility walk-throughs for cleanliness and readiness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
