Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an amazing front desk agent for a part-time, in-person role in Hilliard, Ohio. The position focuses on creating a welcoming environment for members and driving membership enrollments.

You will handle check-ins, generate referrals and gym tours, and maintain accurate records in our master systems. Shifts include morning and evening blocks to fit a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
