Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a friendly front desk agent for a part-time, in-person role. You’ll welcome members, answer questions, and help with check-ins and general service.

Responsibilities include booking tours, guiding prospects to memberships, maintaining accurate records in our VFP systems, and keeping the facility clean and welcoming every shift.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
