The Mouratoglou Tennis Center Noblesville is seeking a Sales Officer to be the first point of contact for prospective members and convert interest into memberships. You will manage inquiries from initial contact through tours, trials, and enrollment, while helping current members maximize their experience.

You will report to the Center Director and collaborate with coaching and reception teams to drive growth and revenue.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales, membership sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong ability to convert enquiries into sales while maintaining service quality.
• Good organization and attention to detail, especially with contracts and payments.
• Calm, solution-oriented when busy; able to manage changing priorities.
• Flexible schedules and team-first attitude; interest in tennis or racquet sports is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact for prospective members via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Respond quickly to enquiries about memberships, programs, and pricing.
• Convert inquiries, trials, and tours into memberships and enrollments.
• Present membership plans, coaching programs, camps, and services clearly.
• Identify upsell opportunities with existing members (private lessons, clinics, camps, events, retail).
• Follow up on trials, open enquiries, and expired leads.
• Process membership contracts, paperwork, and payment setup.
• Coordinate trial sessions and tours with coaching and operations staff.
• Keep lead records up to date in CRM and booking system.
• Support member retention and win-back efforts with targeted offers.
• Track sales activity and prepare performance reports.
• Share local market insights on pricing, competition, and demand.
