Job summary

Mouratoglou Tennis Center is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Miami to engage with leads, understand client goals, and book visits or trials. The role requires a confident phone presence, excellent listening skills, and resilience to handle a high call volume.

You will work from our Miami location with a focus on delivering great first experiences, coordinating with staff, and meeting daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confident, warm phone manner; comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
• A good listener who quickly understands what someone is looking for.
• Resilient and positive; takes a "not now" in stride and keeps going.
• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and data entry; comfortable using a CRM.
• Experience in phone sales, customer service, hospitality or retail is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French.
• Interest in tennis, padel or sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call new and existing leads from our CRM.
• Hold short, friendly conversations to understand each person's level, goals and availability.
• Book interested prospects for a club visit, tour, trial session or meeting with the club team, and confirm each appointment by text or email.
• Follow up on missed calls, no-shows and leads who were not ready yet, following the team's follow-up schedule.
• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospects and members, give clear information on facilities, programs and pricing, and route requests to the right club team.
• Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with club staff so that every booked visit is ready and prospects have a great first experience.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls completed, appointments booked and appointment attendance.
