Socket.dev is seeking a Member Specialist to drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional client experience in a high-energy studio setting. You will convert leads, educate clients on infrared sauna services, and support daily sales tasks under the guidance of the Studio Manager.

The role emphasizes personable, coachable, sales-motivated interaction with clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels, balancing sales with top-tier customer care and studio operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Able to engage with clients in person, on the phone, and via digital channels.
• Comfortable learning and explaining product benefits to customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and support revenue goals, generating memberships, packages, and retail sales.
• Explain the science and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy to clients.
• Follow established sales processes, pricing, and promotions; close deals with leads and tours.
• Manage leads during shifts, including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversions.
• Support events, promotions, and community outreach; be a brand ambassador.
• Greet members and guests, deliver high-quality service across channels, and foster a welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Handle inquiries, transactions, and front desk operations; escalate issues to the Studio Manager as needed.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and attend required staff meetings and trainings.

The Member Specialist is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients onbeem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environmentthat drives retention and referrals.

The ideal candidate is personable, coachable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital communication. While operational tasks are part of the role, sales performance and client experience are the top priorities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (SALES & CLIENT EXPERIENCE PRIORITY)

• Sales Execution & Revenue Support
• Generate membership, package, and retail sales during all scheduled shifts
• Confidently explain the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, andchromotherapy
• Follow studio sales process and pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards asdirected by the Studio Manager
• Actively manage leads during shifts, including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
• Represent beem® Light Sauna professionally as a brand ambassadorClient Experience & Retention
• Greet all members and guests warmly and ensure every visit is outstanding
• Deliver consistent, top-tier service in person, over the phone, and through automated communication systems
• Create a fun, engaging, and professional studio atmosphere that encourages repeat visitsand referrals
• Address basic client questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Studio Managerwhen needed
• Model beem® mission, vision, and values in all interactionsStudio Operations, Cleaning & Support
• Maintain overall studio cleanliness and presentation throughout each shift
• Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies
• Ensure treatment rooms, common areas, restrooms, and front desk areas are clean, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times
• Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of hygiene
• Ensure proper member check-in, guest registration, and front desk procedures are followedAccurately handle phone inquiries, sales transactions, account updates, and customercare calls
• Assist with light administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the StudioManager
• Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.
