Job summary

beem® Light Sauna in Virginia Beach is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to drive membership sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Revenue Support: generate membership, package, and retail sales during shifts.
• Explain the science and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy.
• Follow studio sales process, pricing, promotions, and closing standards.
• Manage leads during shifts: inquiries, follow-ups, tours, conversions.
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Maintain a welcoming, high-energy studio environment and brand ambassador presence.
