Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new membership sales, greet members, and deliver a positive studio experience. You will cultivate relationships, support retention, and guide clients through the sales process while contributing to a welcoming community.

Experience in boutique fitness is a plus. The role includes opportunities for advancement, flexible scheduling, and wellness resources within a growing Pure Barre network.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assess member goals.
• Maintain personal sales production and meet quotas.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Take photos for social media platforms.
• Assist with training and other duties as assigned.
