Job summary

Pure Barre is expanding its team and seeking a Sales Representative to drive new membership sales and provide excellent member service. The role focuses on bringing in new members, guiding them through the sales process, and supporting retention.

Boutique fitness knowledge is a plus, but not required. The position emphasizes relationship building, a positive guest experience, and contributing to a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Warm, engaging personality capable of building relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
• Self-motivated with initiative and reliability.
• Proven ability to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Strong written and verbal communication across in-person, phone, and email.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; work under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours and build relationships to align with client goals.
• Maintain personal sales production and contribute to club objectives.
• Present services to current or prospective members and books quality appointments.
• Participate in events to promote the club and grow the member base.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately; follow up with prospects.
• Input inventory for retail items and complete training programs.
• Take photos for social media platforms.
