Equity Lifestyle Properties in Point, Texas seeks a Membership Specialist to promote and sell campground memberships. This role educates guests on membership products, builds awareness, and drives sales targets while serving as a goodwill ambassador for multiple park locations.

The position offers a chance for full or part-time work at designated parks, with active involvement in park events, reports to Area Coordinator, and collaboration with park staff on promotional activities.

• Role may require a real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Implement membership awareness at the campground through calls, emails, and events.
• Identify prospects and move them through the sales cycle.
• Explain and promote new membership products.
• Run arrival reports to identify potential members.
• Welcome guests and introduce self as membership specialist.
• Distribute membership materials at check-in with park staff.
• Attend park events and manager meetings; set presentation appointments.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to interested guests.
• Maintain a hot list of top prospects and obtain referrals.
