Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet sales targets.
• Educate customers on membership products and benefits.
• Run arrival reports and identify prospects for membership.
• Initiate contact with guests to introduce the membership program.
• Distribute materials at check-in and attend park events.
• Set appointments and give compelling membership presentations.
• Build and maintain a hot-list of prospects; obtain referrals.
• Manage membership contracts and adhere to policies.
