Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet sales targets.
• Act as a goodwill ambassador to communicate membership benefits.
• Educate customers on membership products.
• Run arrival reports to identify potential members.
• Welcome guests and introduce yourself as the membership specialist.
• Distribute membership materials at check-in with park staff.
• Attend park events and manager meetings.
• Schedule and conduct membership presentations.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to guests.
• Maintain a hot list of top prospects for follow-up.
• Obtain referrals from members.
• Oversee membership contract writing and management.
