Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist to promote campground memberships and meet sales targets. You will educate guests on membership benefits and serve as a goodwill ambassador at park events and activities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Word, Drive, Email, and cloud-based software.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication on phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet targets.
• Educate prospects on membership benefits and products.
• Build awareness through park events and promotions.
• Run arrival reports and contact incoming guests for membership.
• Distribute materials at check-in and attend staff meetings.
• Write and manage membership contracts and ensure policy adherence.
