Job summary

Pure Barre Potomac is seeking a personable Sales Representative to drive new membership sales and deliver a positive experience at our studio. You will engage with potential members, tour the facility, and guide them through the sales process to a membership.

The role emphasizes building relationships, promoting services, and contributing to the community through events and excellent customer service. A base plus commissions structure supports growth and a free unlimited studio membership.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve membership and retail sales.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Must be able to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assess goals and needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and follow up with prospects.
• Process transactions and manage retail inventory.
• Attend training programs and support social media activity.
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
