Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience, promote memberships and fitness products, and drive membership growth. You will engage guests, explain offerings, and enroll members while following MAP procedures and commission plans.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the Sales and Service Manager to support a best-in-class member experience in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model to relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tour potential members and describe facilities, equipment, services and amenities.
• Communicate membership and fitness offers clearly using company tools.
• Enroll guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities to drive profitability.
• Generate leads and set appointments for new business opportunities.
• Maintain member relations and assist with questions or concerns.
