The Workout Club & Wellness Center, Inc. is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team.

You will grow memberships and create exceptional experiences for current and prospective members, driven by your passion for health and fitness. If you are a people person who thrives on reaching goals, you will lead tours, educate members on membership types and amenities, and convert leads through outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships and services.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work with incentive-based pay.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused demeanor.
• CPR Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests and help them reach fitness goals.
• Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through outreach, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership types, features, and amenities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Create an energetic, friendly environment for members and prospective members.
• Stay up to date on pricing and promotions.
• Participate in local events and partner promotions to boost sales.
• Enforce facility rules and maintain clean, safe surroundings.

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
• Constantly look to improve your sales skills to sell memberships.
• Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Constantly look to self-generate leads and fill your sales funnel.
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
• Achieve and exceed monthly goal quota.
• You will create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
• You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features, and amenities
• You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
• Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach and walk-ins.
• Build long-term memberships and build referral base.
• Stay up to date on company pricing and promotions
• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
• Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales.
• Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring faciling is clean and safe

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services
• Previous sales experience preferredwith a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
• Musthaveanentrepreneurialspirit
• Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a non-exempt full-time position with varied hours based on business needs. This position requires some mornings, evenings, and weekend hours.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
