Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Darien, CT is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor who thrives on health and service. You will promote memberships, lead outreach, and host in-club events to drive referrals and growth.

Under the direction of a General Manager and with a regional sales team, you will build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, aiming to exceed sales goals and demonstrate all club amenities and programs to maximize member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
• Confident to perform on an incentive-based salary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships to individuals and groups.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets.
• Pre-plan activities each month including strategic outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with members and prospects.
