Job summary

Equinox Seattle is seeking a Membership Advisor to drive membership sales, renewals and ancillary services. You will pre-plan each month with strategic outreach, generate in-club leads and secure member referrals while working with a GM, Regional Manager and sales team.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track, strong communication, a team spirit, and a passion for health and fitness. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required; a competitive pay, bonuses and commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Consistent history of sales performance.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

• Pay Transparency: $21.30 per hour with potential total compensation of $80,000–$100,000 for sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Work under the leadership of a General Manager, with Regional Sales Manager and a sales team to participate in all club services and programs.
