Job summary

Equinox seeks Membership Sales Advisors in Washington, DC to drive membership sales, renewals, and ancillary services. You will pre-plan monthly outreach, generate in-club leads, and secure referrals while building rapport with current and prospective members.

You will work under a GM and Regional Sales Manager, participating in all club services and achieving sales targets with a team-focused, health-conscious culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals.
• Plan monthly outreach to secure member referrals.
• Build rapport with prospective and current members.
• Collaborate under leadership to promote all club services.
