Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inside sales experience with demonstrable success achieving organizational business goals through sales skills and relationships.
• Excellent communication and other interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute prospecting and sales strategies to differentiate our value proposition and drive memberships.
• Manage the prospect tour process to highlight Center services and convert prospects to members.
• Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and customer service standards for all callers.
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry and support for KPI and sales reporting.
• Greet and assist members as they enter the Center and uphold world-class member experiences.
