KidStrong Wilmington is seeking a full-time Sales & Member Experience Specialist to lead membership growth and deliver an exceptional family experience. You will own proactive outreach, trial scheduling, and relationship-building with current and prospective families to convert leads into memberships.

The role emphasizes ownership, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting a busy center.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in membership sales, boutique fitness, hospitality, inside sales, or high-touch customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn new technology quickly and use member-management systems.

• Proactively follow up with prospective families via calls and texts.
• Schedule trial classes and build rapport before arrival.
