Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Louisville, KY is seeking friendly, results‑oriented individuals for the member service team. No experience required; comprehensive training is provided and you will promote memberships in a commission‑based environment.

You’ll manage leads in our CRM, schedule tours, book follow‑ups, and help guests enjoy infrared saunas while enjoying flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts and a supportive team in a wellness setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships in a commission-based environment.
• Reach out to leads using the CRM with high energy.
• Promote infrared saunas and membership value.
• Set reservations and follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members and provide a welcoming experience.
• Conduct studio tours for new guests and answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility, including towels.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
