Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a Membership Sales Associate in Chandler, AZ. You will drive membership and package sales, conduct proactive lead outreach by phone and text, and educate guests on infrared sauna and related therapies to boost satisfaction and conversions.

What You’ll Do

As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of the studio and a key driver of both sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include

• Confidently driving membership and package sales in a commission-based environment
• Proactive outreach to leads through phone call and texting
• Educating guests on benefits of infrared sauna + red light therapy + contrast therapy + halo therapy
• Booking appointments and managing follow-ups
• Providing warm, polished and individualized guest service
• Leading engaging studio tours for first-time guests
• Answering questions about services and memberships
• Maintaining a clean, organized studio
• Turning over sauna rooms and preparing towels
• Accurately track individual sales and meet monthly goals and conversion rates

Our ideal candidate brings more than just a great attitude — they also have a background that supports success in a sales-driven, guest-focused environment. Experience in fitness or wellness is a plus, as it helps you connect authentically with guests and their goals. We also value candidates with previous sales or hospitality experience, especially in customer-facing or luxury service settings where personalized service matters. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead follow-up, or client outreach is highly beneficial, as consistent communication and relationship‑building are key parts of this role.

Shift availability

• Mon–Fri: 6:30am–2pm or 2pm–9:15pm
• Sat–Sun: 7:30am–1pm or 1pm–6:15pm
