Job summary

Simpay is seeking a proactive Membership Advisor to grow Exectras Membership with small and mid-sized businesses in the Phoenix area. You will blend outbound calls, virtual and in-person presentations, and relationship-building to educate owners on value and drive membership sign-ups.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong communication, and a track record of meeting quotas. Expect a fast-paced environment with uncapped commissions and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate them on the Exectras Membership program.
• Identify customer needs and position the membership as a solution that benefits both employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations where applicable.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact through close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
