Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to lapsed members to renew memberships.
• Invoice memberships sold and process payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership products, features and benefits.
• Sell memberships and provide quick solutions to issues during the sales process.
• Refer complex matters to supervision for resolution when needed.
