Granite Comfort is seeking a Membership Program Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of membership programs across multiple HVAC and plumbing brands. You will manage records, billing, renewals, and account updates, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

You’ll collaborate with call center, finance, and operations to maintain consistent processes. Strong Excel skills and problem-solving ability are essential to identify issues and improve workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of billing, membership administration, account management, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and large datasets.
• Experience maintaining accurate records, reconciling information, and resolving discrepancies.
• Understanding of recurring billing and revenue timing; deferred revenue a plus.

• Manage membership records, billing information, renewals, cancellations, and customer account updates.
• Monitor payment activity and follow up on outstanding balances; resolve billing questions.
• Reconcile records across multiple systems; document membership activity.
• Prepare recurring reports to track memberships, renewals, and payments.
• Use Excel to organize information and identify discrepancies from data sources.
• Coordinate with call center, finance, and local teams to resolve issues.
• Support renewals outreach and membership updates; improve processes.
