Job summary

Granite Comfort is seeking a Membership Program Manager to enhance membership programs across HVAC and plumbing brands. This data-driven operations role focuses on billing, reporting, analysis, and process improvements with large datasets.

You’ll manage renewals, payments, customer accounts, and day-to-day activity, collaborating with call center, finance, and operations. Strong Excel, data wrangling, and reporting skills are essential; CRM experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, billing, business operations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recurring billing and deferred revenue.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze membership billing, payments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue.
• Understand cash collected vs revenue recognized over term.
• Extract, clean, reconcile data from multiple sources; build repeatable reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine underlying causes; propose solutions.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for brands.
• Maintain accurate membership and billing information; support renewals and customer inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, retention, and customer experience.
