Job summary

ArtsQuest seeks a dedicated professional to develop, manage, and implement all aspects of the organization’s membership programs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, policies, donor benefits, budgets, data integrity, and customer service while coordinating with events and fundraising teams.

As a primary contact for members and donors, you will cultivate relationships, drive acquisition and renewal, and support strategic fundraising goals across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in membership and donor relations is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and direct all aspects of ArtsQuest’s membership programs.
• Implement membership solicitations, communications and marketing plans to attract and retain Members and meet revenue goals.
• Provide membership and donor customer service via phone, email or in person.
