Job summary

ArtsQuest seeks a leader to develop and manage all aspects of its membership programs, with day-to-day operations including policies, cultivation, benefits, budget management, records, and customer service. Collaboration with staff and board aims to grow supporters from volunteers to donors.

The role emphasizes relationship management, prospect cultivation, and meeting annual fundraising goals in a nonprofit arts setting. Flexible event involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CFRE credentials a plus.
• Proven track record in membership, donor relations or fundraising.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and event coordination skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, data entry and reporting reliably.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and direct ArtsQuest’s membership programs.
• Coordinate solicitations, communication and marketing to Members.
• Provide member and donor customer service via phone, email or in person.
• Maintain data within the membership database and process payments.
• Support fundraising goals and collaborate with Development Team on strategies.
• Plan membership cultivation events and report progress against goals.
