Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, association management, membership, events, or a related function.
• Demonstrated ability to provide support to manage programs and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving approach to helping our members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare polished materials for internal, executive and external audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and demonstrated ability to learn and work across multiple projects and tools.
• Strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, follow-through and ability to manage competing priorities and deadline-driven work.

Responsibilities

• CES Membership operations: plan and execute activations and events across venues, manage vendors, budgets and logistics.
• Virtual Roundtable Lead: coordinate program planning, speaker coordination, registration, marketing alignment and attendance reporting.
• Executive briefings: pull information to support senior-leadership engagement with members.
• Membership recruitment and engagement: outreach across the member lifecycle, prospect research, and renewal outreach.
• Member programs support: provide administrative support, contract administration for meetings and member outreach.
• Membership reporting and data operations: weekly/monthly reports, reconciliation across Salesforce and Impexium, post-CES analysis.
• Member service and inbox operations: manage daily inbox, triage requests and escalate issues.
• Additional responsibilities: perform other duties and contribute to organizational initiatives as needed.
