Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a energetic Concierge/Front Desk Associate at our Chesterfield location. You will greet guests, manage bookings, and drive membership and retail sales while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work some weekends and evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership and retail sales.
• Greet visitors and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Book appointments in person, by phone or text.
• Assist with inventory and store operations.
• Maintain a clean, inviting salon environment.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings.
