Job summary

The Lash Lounge Chesterfield - Dierbergs Market Place at Baxter is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk Associate to drive membership and retail sales while delivering exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, book appointments via in-person, phone, or text, and support salon operations with a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work some weekends and evenings.

We are part of a network of over 100 locations in the United States offering a complete menu of services including Lash Perming, Tinting, and Threading just to name a few. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!), cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
