Job summary

The Lash Lounge Chesterfield is seeking a motivated Concierge/Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding guest service, drive membership and retail sales, and coordinate bookings with our lash stylists. You will greet guests and manage scheduling via MindBody, while handling inquiries and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Weekends and some evenings availability is ideal. We offer an hourly wage, growth opportunities, employee discounts on services and products, and a friendly team

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!), cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
