Job summary

The Lash Lounge Chesterfield is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive membership and retail sales, and coordinate bookings with our lash stylists. You will be the welcoming face of the salon, helping guests choose memberships and services while supporting a positive team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or retail experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy salon setting.

• 1+ year customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!), cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
