Job summary

Crunch Fitness is opening a new club in the community. As a Member Services Representative, you will drive presale activities, meet prospects, and sell founding memberships, then support membership sales, service, and daily club operations after opening.

You will engage with local businesses and events, follow up with prospects, and maintain a guest-ready, clean environment while contributing to the club's growth and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred in fitness, retail, or service environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse audience.
• Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and comfortable meeting measurable goals.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry for prospect, member, and payment info.

Responsibilities

• Presale: visit local businesses and events to generate leads and sell founding memberships.
• Explain Crunch offerings and presale offers; capture lead information and handle objections.
• Support assigned lead generation goals and participate in trainings and role-plays.
• Process presale memberships and payments; prepare opening workspace and supplies.
