You will drive growth through proactive outreach, welcome new members, and help sustain a warm, welcoming studio environment.

The role blends sales, client experience, and operations, with weekend shifts and opportunity for growth alongside a passionate team focused on community and wellness.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in a service business.
• Experience in boutique fitness or wellness environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with a phone-first approach.
• Comfort with CRM tools and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by making 20+ outbound calls daily to new leads and former clients; book classes and consultations.
• Welcome and retain members by providing warm, helpful onboarding and ongoing support.
• Keep the studio running with weekend coverage, space upkeep, and assisting events and partnerships.
