Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ's value proposition for acquisition and retention.
• Converts potential members by pitching membership programs.
• Sells BJ's membership products with high energy and determination.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members and handles inquiries.
• Assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders.
• Maintains club policies and procedures.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.
