Job summary

Equinox is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor to represent the brand's health and fitness experience. You will excel at building relationships, guiding prospective members, and promoting club amenities, programs, and services to maximize member engagement.

In this role you will meet or exceed individual and ancillary sales goals, plan monthly outreach, host events, and collaborate with the GM, regional team, and staff to drive revenue and deliver outstanding member experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have entrepreneurial spirit.

• Enjoy working within a team.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Pre-plan each month including strategic outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
