Job summary

Diamond Credit Union is seeking a Membership Officer to establish full-service member relationships and deepen existing accounts. You will cross-sell Diamond's products and provide exceptional member service at assigned branch locations.

Travel between branches is required, and the role supports branch development initiatives with a focus on meeting individual goals and delivering value to members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Three plus years of sales/service experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Demonstrated dedication to positive, member-focused service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and educate new and prospective members about the credit union and its services.
• Conduct new member interviews and recommend appropriate products through open questions and needs analysis.
• Maintain and deepen member relationships through cross selling and presenting product benefits.
• Support branch development initiatives and meet individual goals.
