Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and educate them on First Service deposit products.
• Explain benefits of checking accounts and debit cards, cross-sell products to meet monthly goals.
• Assist members with account inquiries and perform maintenance (data changes, address changes, closures).
• Handle member complaints and ensure high-quality service; respond to inquiries by phone or email.
