Job summary

Chiefs Fit is seeking a Membership Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day club operations, drive membership sales, and develop a diverse, high-performing team while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

The role covers leading the sales efforts, setting targets, coordinating promotions, and ensuring a high-quality member experience across the club. This is a full-time management position with varying hours to meet club needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving membership sales and managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent member service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the club's sales team and financial performance.
• Drive new member sales, EFTs, fitness packages, and supplements.
• Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
• Review sales data and adjust strategies to close revenue gaps.
• Coordinate and execute in-club promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure EFT, NMS, units and member retention goals are met.
• Recruit, interview, and hire membership consultants; train and develop staff.
• Lead regular meetings to review performance and provide direction.
